Vial of tremors

Wondrous item, very rare

Shattering this vial causes a tremor in the ground where it is thrown. The player makes a ranged attack (range 30ft) to throw where they wish. Each creature within 10ft must make a Dexterity saving throw equal to the attack roll. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage and is knockedĀ prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage.

If the ground in that area is loose earth or stone, it becomes difficult terrain until cleared, with each 5-foot-diameter portion requiring at least 1 minute to clear by hand.

Once used, this item cannot be restored.
